Eric Swider is the President and CEO of AXE Timeshare Solutions, LLC, a Timeshare Exit Company, which specializes in complete timeshare termination and timeshare debt elimination for individuals and families that have experienced fraud, misrepresentation, and/or lies during their timeshare sales presentations.
Although Eric is one of the pioneers of the timeshare cancellation industry, Eric Swider was an insurance and financial consultant when he realized the timeshare industry was wreaking havoc on his clients lives. After discovering the many deceitful tactics the timeshare industry uses on unsuspecting people, Eric decided to work on helping his clients and others fighting for consumer rights. He served as the CEO for a timeshare advocacy group before deciding to take timeshare cancellation into his own hands. Wanting to help good people get out of bad situations, Eric founded AXE Timeshare Solutions, LLC in 2016. AXE Timeshare Solutions, LLC is dedicated to providing legitimate aid to those who feel helpless and Eric’s unique background acts as a special motivator to be honest and fair to those that so often feel cheated.
AXE Timeshare Solutions name came from the idea that the timeshare companies have put an AXE on the backs of the timeshare owners and marked them as perpetual sources of income to the industry.
To date, AXE Timeshare Solutions, LLC has relieved over $39 million of timeshare mortgage debt and helped over 2,600 families cancel their timeshare, and continues to help dozens of families each week.
Helping people is Eric’s greatest passion. He has spent the last 26 years focusing on serving others and running his own businesses. Born and raised in Southeastern Michigan, outside of Detroit, Eric is a graduate of University of Detroit. Eric and his wife, Jessica, live in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, with their Children, Johnny, Lucie and Rocco.
